Our pizzas are made fresh to order using ingredients sourced directly from Italy as well as the UK. We use Caputo flour and make our dough in house. Order at the bar and then watch our team of pizzaioli stretch and cook your pizza in our traditional stone oven right before your eyes.

At Charlie’s we offer two types of ice cream - soft serve and gelato. Gelato flavours include Bailey’s, Oreo and even bubblegum! You can order these delicious flavours served either in a tub or in one of our many cones - including the amazing sprinkle or
all black charcoal.

Our coffee machine is a La Marzocco, chosen by us to ensure consistency and flavour. Founded in 1927 by Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi, La Marzocco had its beginnings in Florence, Italy; the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and home to such geniuses
as Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo. It seems only fitting that La Marzocco would earn a world renowned reputation for making beautiful, high quality, superbly crafted and uniquely designed espresso machines, with great attention to detail.
